It's official. Davenport to the BWRC house car, as per DoD. Article mentions that no sponsors or engine builder yet, but I have heard Baird and AES will be on the car and it will be powered by Clements.

Brandon Overton to the 116 as the full time driver, effective immediately. Randy Weaver is officially retired. No news on the schedule for 2017 yet.

Looks like Weaver and Overton will figure out a schedule after Speedweeks next season. Entering three events for the rest of this year

Steve Francis going back to his own equipment with Capital Race Cars as per DoD. If Optima comes back, he'll be on the Lucas tour next year. If not, he's going to return to the WoO.

Donald McIntosh and GR Smith to at least start 2017 with the WoO as per Ben Shelton. Colton Flinner to return to the Lucas tour in 2017, as per Ben Shelton Donald Bradsher to the WoO in 2017, as per rumors.

Steve Casebolt and Tye Twarog have ended their partnership, and Casebolt is going to a more regional schedule in his own stuff. Tye Twarog, on the other hand, has hired Devin Moran to pilot his car on the World Of Outlaws tour in 2017.

Chris Madden plans on running the entire WoO schedule in 2017.
