Okay folks, spill the beans! Who's going where in 2017? We've already been hearing the rumors, so tell us, who's going where?
Right off the bat we've got Davenport/Rumley rumors, Steve Francis Rumors, and maybe even a TMac rumor as evidenced at practice in Charlotte last night. So here is the place where you can talk about it. If you want credit on our Silly Season Board at TDN, just list a source. Otherwise...it goes down as a rumor.
Have fun folks! This keeps us warm when the snow hits the ground this winter!

We can't deny we've been hearing a little of that this past week, perhaps not all three, but the names are being discussed for sure.

No solid source, but look for Darrell Lanigan to return to the WoO next season.

I've also heard that big changes are coming for Steve Francis. Again, no solid source.

So now the rumor is Darrell Lanigan back to his own stuff and the WoO, Bobby Pierce and Pierce race cars to CBR and the Lucas tour. Don O'Neal staying at CBR.

Lanigan back in his own stuff may be just what the Dr ordered. National Dirt Late Model racing is better when he's in the top 5 or 10 drivers, mixing it up for wins and podiums.

I really think he should shut down the Club, too. It was starting to affect his personal racing program before he even went to CBR.

Not surprised to hear Pierce moving up. I imagine he'll be an instant contender. Had a real breakout season from what I saw.

Saw lots of tmac rumors on the interwebs, so take them with a grain of salt. He may operate a longhorn house car if the rumley's decide to scale back. Others think tmac will fill super mans shoes who seems headed to the weaver 116 ride if Kevin rumley keeps a full time schedule.

The way I've heard it, Davenport to the 116 is pretty much a done deal. No national tour for Davenport, but an outlaw schedule hitting all the big money shows on both tours.
With that, the rumor also says the Rumleys shutting down the 6 team, because Kevin is looking for a new challenge. I don't know if I see this one being totally true. It's more Leroy's baby then anything. I look for the 6 team to find themselves a driver to run a schedule very similar to the one they ran with Steve Shaver. Most rumors say that driver will be Chris Ferguson, but I think those rumors are mostly based on a picture Kevin Rumley posted a pic on Twitter of them together at a concert with their ladies.

UPDATE: The 116 deal for Davenport isn't so solid anymore. Hearing that you may see him in a pretty familiar situation for next year...
