Bloomquist and company have withdrawn... Eldora Lawsuit Dismissed
Looks as if they can still refile
OR
They can pay their penalties and race immediately.
If they refile, odds are they're still banned until the outcome of litigation, just as before, which could be who knows how long. Hopefully cooler heads prevail.

I think this saga is pretty much done. Never thought it had much of a chance to start with. I never understood what they could prove in this case in terms of them being done wrong

I'd like to see it done and over with. At this point, why risk up to two more years of not being able to race UMP/WoO shows as part of a team's annual revenue, and even just as important, the fans lose. They're at the point that the would not be liable for WRG legal expenses. To push the envelope further from this point, maybe ends up in a lifetime ban. You'd have to think they'd consider it a "Can walk away without admitting guilt" point..hopefully.

Glad to see this resolved and through with. Don't see anyone refiling.

They'll probably refile. At least that's the word. We'll see how it all plays out. Since they'll probably be placed back on the banned list once they re commence legal proceedings, the'll have to be hunting down some $5k to win regional shows on Lucas weekends off. We'll see how long that revenue loss will factor in.
